- Report Selection
- Must be an existing format. It can be selected from a list.
- Period
- Reporting period in the current year that marks the end of year-to-date totals or defines the period for current totals.
- Current or Year-to-date
- Identifies the summary method for certain report formats. Some report formats do not use this entry.
- Print only Active Lines
- Affects the accounts shown when an account range is selected for detail printing. Y tells it to omit accounts that have no activity and ending balance for the reporting period.
To obtain a printout of the definition and titles for the financial statements. Select a valid report code or use F1 to print the definitions for all financial statements.
To obtain a printout of all the General Ledger Codes Tables.
To obtain a printout of the Budget by Accounts.
- Select the Budget Year and Version.
- Enter the first and last Account Numbers to be reported, or leave the START account number blank to process all accounts.
